Bought eSIM to use with Pixel in Egypt. Tried numerous APNs but nothing worked. Nomad uses Orange_Egypt 4G LTE. Had reception but no access to anything. Nomad said it had no coverage in Luxor and told me to move to another area, but this is not so. Map shows O_E does cover Luxor. No response. Requested refund. Got part back because I'd used 1.6 of 10GB. On what? Friend with Pixel bought eSIM direct from O_E. Had no problem at all. Nomad marketing a product that simply doesn't work. Steer clear!

Awful app. I paid for an esim, downloaded it and activated it but I have no network connection. The help section is terrible and there is no option to talk to a human. I would recommend using anything, even 2 cups with a string, instead of nomad. I cannot stress it enough, stay away!!

I've used Nomad to purchase a data eSIM for multiple countries and it's worked well each time. Activation is fairly simple, and the sim is ready when you are. You can track your data usage in the app and you aren't tricked into another billing cycle like some other companies have done in the past
