2024-11-24 | Fuzzy Hopper | This has been my favorite file manager. But it has become very buggy ever since the developer started to monetize the app by introducing ads. Each new update seems to introduce different bugs, some dangerous. Version 4.40.08 now hides all APK files if one checks "Open APK files as ZIP by default". 4.40.08 also cannot copy or move files to folders a few layers deep. The app now has become very dangerous. I caution you to close all other apps when using X-Plore file manager.
2024-11-20 | Wayne Bird | This has been my go-to file manager for many years. I'm a paid user, donating to the developer a few times. I also had it rated at five stars in the past, but it's lower now because the file sync feature isn't working good for me. After contacting the developer he isn't interested in solving the problem. I just moved to another file sync app that has been working flawlessly.
2024-11-16 | Amado Castaneda | Textbook example for programming a shell. It shows you the highlights to whatever programming step should be illustrated as for that programming your remote control becomes an easier thing to do. I captured all of the qualities the textbook had shown and therefore the system was included that supposedly is like winning and getting away with the not included features. IIt costs just a few dollars to remove the ads, and it's worth it! I'm going back to this for the authenthic shell termux seems too simple and never official.
2024-11-08 | Jeffrey Polansky | I've been using X-plore File Manager on every phone and tablet since my first one in 2013. It's the first app I download and configure. The developers do an excellent job and add useful features. I contacted the development team with a bug report once, including repeatability instructions and screenshots - I'm a software engineer myself, and it was quickly fixed in the next release. They even contacted me before the release, and I said that I would wait. Great team!
2024-11-03 | Mary Lane | I have used this app for several years, on my Android phones and tablets, it has been a joy to use. It lets me view files and images. It lets me copy and move files between my device and my Dropbox folders. And now I have an SD-card reader that plugs into the usb-c port on my phone, and it lets me view and manage my camera images that way! I'm very grateful for the app.
2024-10-24 | J3r3M14h e BaLa0 | It's the first and only file manager that i downloaded, it's features allows more utility than other file managers. Closests or akin to 'Tree Directory" but it's got a lot more than just branch and view; actions available like disk map and file, folder history view, archive rar, and having simple root access in the app makes it better than others
2024-10-12 | Gene Stair | The latest handful of updates have been destroying the user experience of this app! I'm a paying customer and have been using this app loyally for as long as I can remember. The app was solid as hell in the beginning. Now, it seems like every update might fix something and break a bunch of other things! It started with repeatedly failing uploads running into data errors. Once that started to get better, now it has "Out of memory" errors not long after opening the app and loading the file system.
2024-10-05 | Ron Fuller | Many solid features. I use it frequently to transfer files from my Note4 phone over WiFi to and from my PC. 10-5-24 This X-p works great x-fering files from one pc to another on my wireless lan. It will move stuff to the cloud and back, etc. Ten years plus, and I'm not about to quit using it!
2024-09-17 | Larry Brown | Love love love it and I am a finicky power user. Works 100% as expected, never crashes nor glitches. Highly useful interface, a joy to use. Disk usage map the best I've seen anywhere including on any computer, a useful but hard to find feature. I've used it for years and keep giving money because I'm happy to have a worthwhile piece of software. Worth far more than any little one time fee like $4, so ads are a non-issue. A file manager is like a steering wheel for a car, any computer needs one.
2024-08-27 | Lyman Attaway | If you want to batch rename, this is the app to use. This is one of the most powerful File Managers I've had the pleasure to use. The interface is completely configurable. You can personalize it to fit your needs. I particularly like the Search feature. It's free, but, the Developer won't turn down a few beers. Here's to you, Sir. |
