2024-11-08 | Tom Penalver | I found tracking is heavy by Google through the app. App has become a money maker. It is no longer a blessing. I was with it from the late 90s on. Great tool but nearly worthless if you have no electricity or Internet. Even if you have downloaded books, you can't search without a connection.
2024-11-08 | Danielle Weaver | The zap gives a very in-depth look at scriptures with a lot of cross-references to other passages and commentaries. It has really helped me to understand some of the original language and deeper definition of certain language used. I feel like the app works best on a computer or larger tablet. The format Is a bit congested when looking from a phone or smaller device. Highly recommend and have recommended to people looking to not just read but study and understand the scriptures
2024-11-08 | Bryce Grauss | Best bible app for studying. I've especially loved the easy word study function. You literally just click on a word and can get the original Greek or hebrew word meanings and all the cross references where that word is used in the bible to add context. Logos is crucial for anyone that wants to dive deeper into the Word.
2024-11-05 | Ted Anderson | Interface is too complex and not intuitive. Many, many menu items in various areas of the screen. Also, personization of themes is extremely limited. On the plus side, there are a plethora of choices in Bibles and study guides. Personally, I prefer Olive Tree's software. Logos is more suited to professional scholars and clergy.
2024-11-03 | Ray Brown | I have been using the You Version Bible app for many years but recently felt led to this app. It has wonderful study tools for a deeper look into the Bible as well as a nice selection of different translations and additional helpful reading materials. The only negative note is unlike the other app, you have to purchase additional translations for your library and it won't work for mobile
2024-10-22 | Leah Booe | Will the app ever bring back the book name, chapter and verse in copy mode? So frustrating that was great for taking notes or sharing verses with friends or family. I was hopeful with the new update but nope. This is a great app and makes accessing different translations easy. Lots of resources. I recommend this app to everyone. Easy to navigate and use. But please bring back the labeling of the book, chapter and verse in the copy mode. Blessing to all
2024-10-11 | Shayne Vincent | It's good, but for 800$ @ 1/2 price I would expect to be able to edit sermons on my android zfold 6... Pretty behind the times guys. Lots of little nit picky when doing research things that should work easier. But other than that, good app, good program. Poor bible selection for how much I paid for academic. Seriously.
2024-09-16 | Nate B. | I love the app so far! The ability to hyperlink things is amazing, and the organization of the notes too is great! However, there really needs to be a sort function to sort the notes by bible verse instead of the default created time! Edit:App has been crashing often and it's frustrating. Edit 2:I have 8-9 tabs open and it happens while pasting passages into the notes tab and editing them. The app also needs work with copying passages. You can only select to the end of the screen.
2024-09-14 | Low Speed High Drag | I really enjoy this app except for one concern: to utilize most of the tools, one must go sign in on the website. Why even make them available if you can't use them in-app. To look at pictures in the media tab, you have to sign in. Most maps require singing in also, etc. Otherwise, this is great. Please make these tools available on the app.
2024-09-07 | naeklaeror | very nice app. pulling up the greek/hebrew/aramaic by highlighting a word or sentence is kinda glitchy sometimes, but its not too bad. the interface is also kinda complicated compared to something like BLB, but logos offers a lot more than that app, and you shouldn't be using it if you can't learn that kind of thing easily, so its not really an issue. |
