Thanks for updating the UI. But there are some functions that I miss here in mobile yet. I think the priority now is the possibility to choose what tweet I'll reply. Today I only can answer the last customer tweet, but sometimes, the user's doubt/issue e not on the last tweet. In these cases, I can't answer the user, because I cannot reply the tweet with the question.
