2024-10-11 | Globin | lazy user interface. video controls are in white, so when a video has a white background (which is frequently), controls are invisible. The LinkedIn servers are slow, so videos lag, skip, buffer, audio duplicates, and fails. This app sucks. The only thing good about LinkedIn Learning is some of the content and the brand behind the platform. | |

This especially happens when I am switching between apps (taking notes, pausing video to quickly do something else, etc), then all my progress is completely forgotten and I'm sent to earlier (or to the very beginning) of the course. There are quick and efficient courses to refresh, update and entice the eager mind to explore further. I still feel stuck in this pandemic-type era removed from the world. As I seek meaningful employment, I'm beyond grateful to be challenged in avenues beyond the ethical boundaries of industries I'm not a part of. Seriously, give it a shot! | |

The library access I have takes me to 'Lynda' on desktop, but login in with that option it's almost impossible, specifically if I have LinkedIn installed and logged into my personal account. I have to delete the apps constantly and then re-download them, and that's really frustrating. | |

Newest update has a glitch. Weekly Goal progress is heavily stunted now. Playback is wonky and If I finish a course or even part of a course, a glitch will happen and show that it's not finished at all. | |
2023-05-21 | Querida Brisbane | After watching listening to a few courses, I've discovered that often times the app will at first register the completion of a particular portion of the course but then as I progress, the progress may be undone on one or multiple portions. I use this for recertification credits and this is really frustrating because I then have to replay parts I've already heard in order to get the appropriate credits. | |

What I don't love is how hard it is to re-watch a course I've completed - if I'm viewing the course in the app, the course won't play, it'll just have a popup/message congratulating me on completing the course. I have to start the course and immediately switch to another app - it'll play in the background and avoid the popup. It's an annoying workaround, so I hope the devs see this review and fix it. 2022-12-20 | Daniel Moon | Great app with thousands of instructional videos. However, completed courses don't consistently register as complete. I've completed several courses and after I'm done it says I still have videos to complete. There's no in-app means of reaching out to support for help with this either. I hope someone from support will see this and fix that. | |
2022-10-10 | Schade Maghan | The app has several minor bugs but is an overall great companion to the desktop. Examples of bugs: When a question is incorrect it gives you the option to re-watch a video but clicking re-watch forces the device to switch and lock in portrait mode. Exams are extremely frustrating because there are 3 fixed banners that take up the majority of the screen and cannot be dismissed. One of those banners is a link to download the app that appears even while using the app, it cannot be dismissed. | |

I've tried downloading the videos, I've switched the quality to medium. I have no problems with any other streaming video platform. I have limited time each day to watch these lessons and improve my skills. No time for spinning circle interruptions. Please fix it. |
