I use a wheelchair. I called & they said to call at 7am to book a ride at any time the same day, so I did that & I waited for an hour and no one showed up & they told me there are no drivers nearby, although I booked 3 hours before the pickup time. I was left there in a city that I don't know. This is such a terrible experience, I relied on them but my whole plans in that day got ruined because of them, I advise everyone to never use this bad Hamilton cab service at all, with a wheelchair or not

So, 2 trips so far. First trip the cab doesn't have AC, smells like trash and I legit feared for my safety since it's making so much noise. Second trip it still smell like trash, and the guy insisted trying to charge me 10 bucks because he was not notified I ordered a van for 6 people. He had to call the center to sort it out, and they told him to restart the tablet, still didn't fix the problem..... What a freaking mess.

The "estimated amount" is total BS. My ride was $15 above. When I went back into the app to leave a bad review they also went ahead and TOOK a tip that I didn't authorize! Even with the GPS the driver went the wrong way. Remember when cabbies knew the city and the best routes. LYFT is legit half the price- download that instd. First and last time user here.

This app precharges you for your trip and then charges you again after the trip. So a $30 trip will cost you $60 and you should get $30 back in 3 business days. Awful system. On my last trip the app precharged me for the ride but my driver told me the payment failed, so I paid by debit card in the car. But the payment didn't fail, so I paid $70 for my $30 ride to work. I've tried calling customer service multiple times but they transfer you to a dead line. Don't use this app it's trash. 0/10

I booked a ride and it didn't follow my location. The pick up location was somewhere random. The app also doesn't let u tip at the end, only the beginning so I missed my opportunity to tip. The app overall could be better but it does seem cheaper than Uber or Lyft which is great

Mostly, but not always, reliable app to order taxis. Shows you ETA for pickup, lets you track where the cab is on the way to start your trip, and you get a discount whether you pay in app or in cab.

usually works okay, but it has been spamming me with notifications every 20 seconds or so to rate my last trip. which I've already rated. very annoying. also the app is in the wrong time zone so scheduled trips show up hours off.

Glitches periodically with wrong pickup address, most drivers are late or no-shows. Had a good one recently [Paul, #300] so only reason this app stays. Credit card payments/processing is kind of sketch. Some drivers took advantage of me saying they don't get a cent of the credit card payments & tried to double dip. Recommend paying in car using cash.

Most of the time very useful - however have been more than one occassion where I have pre-booked a ride (usually day , sometimes only hours before hand) using the app - and ride has been late ... Very frustrating ! Also never receive my 20% off for booking using the app - also very frustrating !

Great company, but just one thing.. the need to send at least eight texts per cab ride. There have been times when I have had very low battery power and this has been burnt up by all the text messages that Hamilton Cab sends to tell me where the driver is ETC. I know when I've called a cab ,I can watch it's progress- there's no need to send me multiple texts as well ..As a woman I need to be able to take my phone and make phone calls whenever I wish.
