It's an amazing application..Wow, 100% genuine and reliable, good user interface, smooth running and excellent customer support, it's never too late to deliver anywhere in the world. There are many products with very good discounts and I would like to mention that the 1st order I made was a good quality reservation. I highly recommend it to everyone without much fear as it is a very good app overall |

For simple things like dresses or shirts its fine, but footwear and complex items will be "close but not quite", and materials will almost certainly differ. Expect shipping times of two weeks or more. The app itself is decently put together, but notifications are constant and cant be turned off. |

The site seems to be legit choosing what you looking for can be narrowed down pretty easily. The site also encouraged you to download the app to get huge savings, which I did that and saw the saving vs online but once all the fees and shipping is calculated there's no real savings. In my case it went back to original purchase price. 3 ⭐'s |

What is going on that when I tap on an item I am interested in from the advertisement does it take me to the app page and gives me the option to install the app when I already have the app? Then when it does go to the site, it is not showing the item you tapped on to begin with. Much more trouble like this and I won't go through the hassle to shop this site. Sorry. |

And when I found notifications, it just showed me a bunch of product, nothing to turn it off. Update response to developers... I don't have the stupid app on my phone anymore and I still get push notifications. Mouthing on settings so it's not easy like you said in your response. It's worse than a tick. I hate it. Don't want it, have restarted my phone and looked into the root setting |
| 2023-07-21 |  | | Horrible quality and material is cheap, cheap, cheap. When ordering 2 of the same item, same size medium but different colors, one top was 2 sizes larger than the other. The pants were sewn improperly, the seams on the sides and pant bottoms were bunched. When I went to return both sets the cost almost equaled the postage, which they don't refund. I will never order from any company that is in China!!! |

This happened over the course of a few days. I contact CS a different way and explained what was happening and included pictures. They resolved the issue very quickly with a full refund. I very much appreciated that. It would be good to add a quick access to customer service for situations like these errors. |

If you spread the shipping costs across the cart items, it turns out the products aren't that cheap after all. The refund process is also very manual and outdated. All that said, there is no benefit of shopping on this app. Most retailers offer free shipping on purchases over a certain amount, and the returns are automated. |

Found a bunch of cool items then paid $52 (US) to ship. I'm dumb! Could be SO MUCH BETTER! They just don't give a dam about the American sale. If something is wrong with order, they only give credit to suck you back into the buy & get screwed on shipping scam. |

Nothing really works right it freezes all the time and so much of it is customizable as long as you customize it thier way and it's very limited. So yeah say customizable but it's really not. It's quite frustrating. The link doesn't work. Big shock |
