| 2024-11-28 |  | | As a person who has used this app basically since it was released, I'm disappointed in what it has become. It used to be almost entirely free and would never lag. Now, almost everything is premium. You can barely even use any effects anymore, almost every single one of them is premium. I'm very very disappointed. If you don't want a watermark, then use this app, but for a warning, it doesn't work that well. This app also takes up a ton of storage. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | In a span of a couple days, I have become so dissapointed with this app and their customer service. I pay for pro and now I feel like I need to cancel and change to another editing app. A few days after I purchased the membership, I upgraded my app and my retouch features were gone. I was going back and forth with agents for days and no one was upfront enough to explain that these features have been "temporarily" removed! They have no idea when they will fix it! Great help guys! |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | Like usual, is always a great app. Though I've noticed recently that it is having trouble exporting videos with over 5 MG of data, and will often crash or pause exportation for an indefinite amount of time. Considering this is the only editing app I'm comfortable with using, this kinda ticks me off. |

But there is this absolutely INFURIATING bug after your video reaches a certain length, I'm betting this may be because this app wasn't designed for videos above like 5 minutes tops, but basically if you top a transition effect, it crashes. Completed exits the app. That's literally the ONLY reason this gets 1 star, because this makes it essentially un-usable after a certain amount of time. |

First, there is a glitch, If you accidentally miss the hit box on the pause button, if sends you back to the beginning and you have to scroll back where you were. This can be really annoying especially if you made it so far in your video editing. Second, sometimes the loading process is extremely slow. One time it even made my entire phone freeze. Last, way too many ads. If I'm rushing on a video and an ad pops up, I accidentally click it. |

EDIT: It's not fixed but also there to many pro effects and I don't like it please make lesser effects pro like Cross flash, ripple (In: Animation) And I'll give 5 stars if you fix it.. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | I would rate 5 stars but I can't make the effect on only certain parts of the video that I want them on anymore like I used to be able to do with all the effects. not having full control of every effect and where they can be used is frustrating, also makes using a closing effect frustrating sometimes. I might cancel my subscription and uninstall what's the point when i don't have full control of editing my video even when paying for the app? |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Does this app have some cool effects? Yes. Are we able to use all of them for free? No. It's only a matter of time before I switch to Alight Motion permanently. While we do have to pay a subscription in that app to get everything permanently, we can at least watch adds to unlock them for one project, unlike this one. Not only that, CapCut is already a bit limited in what it can do-which isn't bad if you're starting to toy with video editing, but is if you know what you're doing. Please fix this. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Amazing editing app! Wouldn't use anyother platform. It used to glitch out a lot and exit me out, but it was only because my phone was really old and couldn't handle the fps and graphics. It can take a little bit to master but I make amazing edits with this. It had photo AND video editing and a whole library of scenerys and videos, and AMAZING lofi tracks. I highly recommend this app, although if you're a tweener capcut isn't the best app for that. |
