They will not cancel your subscription. I used Legalshield in August and had a great experience with the local lawyers. In October, I didn't need the service anymore and canceled via email 10/22/24, as they won't let you cancel in the app. Oddly, I was charged 11/22/24 so I contacted chat. They confirmed they are still working on the cancellation, a full MONTH afterwards. They refused to take any further actions. If you use this service, they will not allow you to cancel. Use a temp CC!

App keeps refreshing even while I'm writing, causing what is written to be lost. Shoddy app with poor software engg practices — leads one to infer that it is Poorly Tested.

5 times now they've brushed me off! Parking ticket where I hadn't been? "Just pay it" I'm buying a new house "you're going to have so many problems with a new house, why would you buy one?" Had an issue helping my friend, now I'd like a release of liability "we don't cover this sort of thing" Yet, EVERY TIME, the pre-caller tells me it's what they do and I'll be fine. Tried to cancel, but they made me mail them a letter or they'll just keep charging me? I didn't send a letter to start it!
