One of the worst apps I have ever experienced, and no meaningful support. Why should I buy a digital subscription to a newspaper that I can't read digitally? ZERO STARS!

$15 a month. for a newspaper with both the regular newspaper ads AND targeted digital ads. Ads are totally acceptable to fund FREE services. Don't put up with them forcing them down your throat when you're already paying them.

Just horrible. Probably why I won't keep a subscription because I was hoping for a better mobile experience similar to Bloomberg . It's so buggy with ads that it's useless.

The app keeps asking me to subscribe even though I am logged in and do subscribe. There is not a way to get past the subscription ask. The issue seems to be fixed now.

Not worth the monthly cost to read the newspaper on an android app. Very buggy. I didn't think it could get worse but it has. The latest issue: I'm logged into my account on the app but it demands that I now subscribe--not login--for $22 per month to read any story. I already have a subscription! I've uninstalled the app and will try it again but I'm not optimistic. Reading the news on the local TV websites is a better option right now.

The app fails to load on a regular basis. It looks like it is just taking me to a scanned version located in your web page Scrolling and pinch zoom is also inconsistent Some articles can be opened by hitting the top right corner Others you have to pinch zoom. The scanning of pages results in poor quality pictures. I wish this version of the app was on par with the iPhone version!!

Worked poorly for several months. Pinch zoom worked marginally then would drop into one finger zoom. The only way to stop it was to change page and return. Advancing pages extremely slow, like several seconds. Reorienting from portrait to landscape returned to page 1 by default. Previous version had none of these problems. Now all it does is spin without loading pages. Thankfully still works on my pad Update: an updated version of the app is much better. Pinch zoom is solved in my android pad.

The app is almost unusable at times. Stories seem to be randomly linked to e versions.

Terrible app. Buggy and constantly crashes. Difficult to navigate and view the e-edition (the only way to seemingly view all the day's content, versus the online content, which is still half advertisements in spite of paying for subscription). I take want to support local media but this app is making it difficult.

Actually, NO STARS. Awful, awful app. The paper was unreadable on the app for at least a week after the previous update. Called and emailed for help but got none. Told me they knew about the problem and were working on it. Today FINALLY there is an update in the app store. (Though why doesn't the app automatically tell me there is an update available?... Stupid! And frustrating!) Wish they would text or email subscribers to keep us updated on problems. Oh, well. Until the next "update".
