There support service is shocking. I messaged on twitter it took a week to reply. I messaged back after the problem wasn't fixed it's been a week with no reply. I have emailed support and with 24hrs no reply. I have changed review to a 3 star from one as I managed to fix the problem myself in settings. I think the service should be alot better
