Terrible aplicación si encuentran una similar agarrenla mejor, sus automatizaciones están super mal optimizadas ya que solo funcionan a dos o tres niveles de decisión cuando llega un lead, además que se reactiva de la nada con un lead viejo, que si te pide organicamente algo fuera de las opciones le va marcar opción inválida. Todo es muy manual, tu mismo tienes que indicar que ya leiste el mensaje o no se cambiará el estado debéste. A cada rato se desincroniza la app del whatsapp y mas prob
