Fake goods abound, even from lazmall stores. These seem to not be policed at all. Lazada has a fair and rapid return procedure, but this is an annoying time waster for many. If I want to reorder an item, there is no search feature. There is no plaintext order history, so I have to wade through 50 web pages to find a previous item |

Reviews are useless because Lazada ask for content before you use the product, so people say how good/bad the packaging is ora comment on delivery so they get coins. The app looks far to busy. Scrolling, flashing, popups. Used to browse s lot, not now. Saves me money. |

The interface of delivery detail sucks, i have to ask the seller for it everytime. Roll it back to the original style please. |
