2024-11-25 | Andrea Friedman | Inconsistent and unreliable. At time it autofills quickly; other times it acts as if we are totally unacquainted. Sometimes after I've waited more than a minute for it to kick in and start to enter details to recover user name or password for a site it will kick too late and fill in my user name at the point I am using the sites recovery and need to put in the code they've sent and I have to start all over. Doesn't work well Across all my devices. I'm looking for A better option.
2024-11-25 | T C | It doesn't even know difference between normal use and unauthorized use. Gives security warning when I add an appointment in my calendar app and even when entering text in my Amazon app!? Emails me security notifications along with an utterly useless "unique device identifer" with no info identifying which device and or app it came from, not even through the desktop account, as suggested. Very annoying. Defeats the point of having it. False warnings cause you to ignore warnings over time.
2024-11-18 | Ethan van Drimmelen | Was once a groundbreaking, reliable service; now it's ***t. Data breaches, buggy app and buggy web plugin have knocked it down to a shadow of it's former self. I rarely write reviews, but I've been with this service for about a decade, and it has slid so far...very disappointing. A message to the company: get back to your core value proposition - tight security and software that "just works." Fix the friggin bugs for crying out loud. I would have switched many months ago if it wasn't such a pain
2024-11-03 | Tahrea Merritt | This app really sucks It doesn't require you to set up any recovery methods when you sign up. I have no idea where you would even go to set it up. Then there is no real process to recover it outside of the recovery process that you are not prompted to set up when you get the app. Imagine not using your master password for 5 years and then being locked out. I just lost 60 passwords all because I got a new phone. I hate this app. If I met the owner or programmers I would cuss them out.
2024-10-29 | Ingo N. | The computer browser plug-in works very good. I love it! I subtract 1 star because the Android app is a little glitchy. It often is unable to identify a field that should be filled in and I have to manually go into the app and copy the password to paste it into the field.
2024-10-28 | Tim Dunn | Was Great, Now Tolerable Between the innumerable security breaches, the multitude of security wonks recommending against it, and the plethora of other password manage services, it's nearly impossible to recommend this app, but I still use it because I dragged my in-laws onto it a decade ago and it will be hell to teach them a new password manager. As a result, I can't compare it against other apps. I do like its ability to adding users as account manager or user under the family plan.
2024-10-24 | Toni Thompson | After years of using this app, I was forced to change my master password and now I can't remember it and cannot get into the app on my computer without it. Thankfully I can access it via my phone as it allows fingerprints. This is truly a problem to require long passwords and then lose access. I still love the app but am frustrated. I discovered the fault was with my laptop. I downloaded the app from play store and all is working fine.
2024-10-20 | Christopher “Chris” Scono | I use last pass as my primary way of storing passwords. I would say that on other software like Windows and IOS, this app is perfect. On Android, however, it is riddled with bugs. Especially on the browser, I would type in a search bar, and the app would mistake it for typing in a password. It's kind of annoying, but nothing that ruins the software. It is still good for storing passwords, and I would recommend it if you need to transfer passwords from one device to another.
2024-10-17 | William Knipper | I am trying to login with my password on a new phone and it's not working. I also can't reset my password because the app continously says there's an error after verifying through email. I'm still able to login to the app on my old phone with biometrics but still cannot change my password there. Reading other comments it seems like this is a common issue with new phones. Please assist thank you.
2024-10-17 | Doug Villella | The auto fill feature has stopped working completely in Android 15. This is a major issue as it's a core function of the app. I've tried removing and reinstalling. I've double checked all the permissions and accessibility settings, which are enabled, but the app refuses to provide the auto fill dialogues |
