| 2023-06-21 |  | | This app is horrible. I emailed support, and got the we are aware and are working on it generic response a few weeks ago. I'll complete a module, and it gets completely erased. Also, my partner just let me know he did a few sessions in communication, but it's not showing on my end, nor did I get any notifications he was working on anything, and it deleted it on his end. Do not waste $30 a month on this app until they smooth out the wrinkles. |

We can usally reset by shutting our phones downs. This has become more frequent with the addition of new sessions. We may need to make a decision whether to continue working around the clicthes. It's frustrating. Hope you can get it fixed soon!. |

I was very stressed out by the overwhelming number of prompts and the open ended nature of the discussion in the on boarding questionnaire. The positive agreement between us was listed first, sure, but we didn't touch it. So it was just a very negative initial experience with the app. Could be better. |

We got new phones and totally forgot all about this app for about 2yrs and just recently re-downloaded it just to find out that you can't hardly do anything anymore without paying a $30/month subscription! Super disappointed! It was an amazing app and I might have paid a subscription before, but $30/month is ridiculous. I'm uninstalling. |

It is meant to obscure your partner's answer until you answer it, but instead when you submit your answer, it sends a notification to your partner, meant to prompt them to give their answer and start the conversation, which instead contains the obscured text. As a result, your partner never actually needs to answer the question to see your response. |

This app helps my marriage! this app has taken our broken relationship and transformed it! we've been together almost 7 years and a few kids later... relationships are HARD. we've been through so much and it has taken a toll. but with lasting we have learned how to communicate again. how to care about each other again. how to prioritize us again! |

At the beginning of a session it reads out loud to you. I really wish it did that with all of the text. Despite being a strong reader myself, I would actually prefer the option to have the text read aloud. It helps some people with retention as well. |

However, when we type out "other" answers in the text box on the multiple choice questions during sessions they are not being saved for some reason. This means we can't compare those answers, nor can we go back in to edit the session to see what we wrote because it's not there anymore. Once this issue is figured out I'd absolutely give this app 5 stars. |

Plus, all of the activities, show that they were from a couple to a few mins ago. Which I personally know happened months ago. EXTREMELY ANNOYING... Anyways, it's still a wonderful app with lots of potential. And has worked. But it's not engaging enough to keep us both invested in it. |
