I tried mobile Web and had the same problem. I also tried the desktop website and still can't load my cart. Can't buy anything, contacted customer service and they asked me to use a different browser even though I explained it was happening across three platforms. Of course it still didn't work in a different browser. |

During checkout it couldn't get me past the payment options, still took the money but didn't finalise the order. No emails or order history. Support said to wait and it should automatically refund but until then if I want the items I'll just have to spend twice. Long story short: app is super buggy and practically unusable. |
