| 2024-12-01 |  | | I haven't been able to open, login, or anything for over 3 weeks cant even look at my ktplus account. Very stressful!! Ugh. Wish we all had an inkling of when at least this is to be fixed so frustrating! Update since my last review I'm happy to say it has been working great. Thank you for fixing the issues. |

The last thing you want to do is hold up an entire line while you figure out your email and password and hope you have a good enough cell signal(in Wisconsin not likely). Save a copy of your barcode as a screenshot if you do not own a KT debit/credit card. While this app is better then it used to be it can still be a mess to use. |

So if you guys get that fixed, I will be happy to come back. I did send you a communication about it but never heard anything back. This time the "earn more visits" option hasn't been working for a couple weeks & only goes to a black screen (instead of the ad to watch) & does not add a point to the visits. UPDATE: 2 days after posting issue is fixed!! Back to 5 stars!! Thank you!! |
| 2024-08-02 |  | | Bloated APP, slow response, cannot run on SD Card. Recently lost functionality and removal and reinstalling did not resolve issues. No improvement as of 10/13/23. APP has been relatively stable in recent months. Currently using over 540 MB for system and data, but users still can not move APP to SD card as of 02/23/24. Now, another forced update on 05/03/24 for an APP now using over 700 MB of data. Cannot install to SD card. 06/03/24 - 3.28.0 installed - no SD option. 08/02/24 - 0.95 GB - no SD. |

And the "specials" section helps you remember all those weekly deals. In today's economy who doesn't want a deal?! Kwik Trip app is a win win! Oh, and you can watch an ad to win more visits! |
| 2024-07-14 |  | | App is super helpful but can be slow at times. I love Kwik Trip, but they need to stop pushing pick-up/carryout. I've been burned by this everytime I've fell for the incentive. The two dollar turtle isn't worth $25 of the oldest food on the heat rack. And that's if the store even realized you submitted an order. I dropped this to 3 stars because of that. |

First try gives me an error 404 that the page is not working, sudsequent tries only locks up the log in and goes nowhere. I can access my acount on the web without issue. I have even unistalled and reinstalled the app, same results. |

It doesn't say the username or password are incorrect...just keeps taking me back. Tried clearing the cache and re-installing, it did the same thing....looped me back to the login page. Update: still won't work even after 3 calls to support. |

I've been coast to coast across the US, there are NO convenience stores/gas stations that come anywhere close to Kwik Trip for any category: price, value, dairy, variety, meats, fresh foods, hot foods, necessities, CLEAN BATHROOMS, gas at a good price that is actually good gas and doesn't make your car run rough, AND the coffee is always on and always fresh, you name it, they've got it covered. NO ONE beats that. NO ONE. And the app savings are SO worth having the app! |
