This is such a great program! So much goodness accessed through this app. I have been connected with a wonderful personal trainer who works closely with me, is knowledgeable, attentive and supportive. The app itself is very useful, with a variety of tools the trainer can use to adapt to my needs, including physical activity, nutrition, recipes, and communication. I highly recommend this app!

This has been really good for me. My coach (Jessie) is great. I have multiple health issues along with frustrating muscle weakness. She develops plans that will work with my particular situation. She hears me when I struggle. If you want someone with a more aggressive approach, it's your pick. It's also much better priced than local trainers. I had a trainer quote me the cost of rent for a month. While I respect the work they do, my goal isn't the Olympics. I fully recommend!

The app crashes when you upload progress photos. The app crashes if you don't go through the routine chronologically. The app doesn't allow for moving through each individual exercises out of chronological order. The support staff is unable to resolve any of these issues. Find a better app if you're serious about working out.

Unfortunately, you don't get to try out the app until you sign up for a month. I think that the training could have been great, but the app was not for me. I log my food in another app and use Fitbit, as well. I don't want to have to enter my food in another place (plus, their food log is much less robust), but they did allow a photo, but only 1. MyFitnessPal's food log takes up several screenshots.... Edit: Kickoff did resolve my issue. Thank you.

They are great! My coach (Courtney) makes a personalised plan. Even though I have a hectic life, she adjusts as needed, makes suggestions, and seems like she cares about my overall well-being. The workouts are tough, but doable! And there are great meal suggestions :). The app, itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

My coach is incredible! She listens to my concerns, when I'm unable to perform a routine and makes the necessary adjustments. Always communicates and follows up which is amazing, especially on days that you're not feeling your best self and in no mood to exercise. I highly recommend this app for those looking to get started and are new to working out and dieting.

The service is great, my trainer is great. The app is okay, but has some issues. On the workout session screen, the options are too close together so every time I try to restart the timer, it opens the exercise reps/time for editing. I can't get any audio to work in terms of the timers which is really obnoxious when I'm doing exercises where it's hard to hold or view my phone. I wish I could give feedback after the workout is over. I have a text only plan, no video, exercise only, no nutrition.

Started off great. I would have given this app and this service five stars during the first month -- in fact, I opted for a 6-month commitment based on how well the first month was going. But with any support, coaching or personal training, what matters is what happens when you get stuck. This app suffers in this regard. It is clear that the text message support is created from a message bank, at least with my trainer. Not worth it.

Deeply Flawed/Buggy App which hurts a Good Service: While I love the service (my trainer is awesome and helped me a ton) the app itself is a major disappointment. Logging food is easy, logging workouts is fine, but communication with the trainer is all over text, and so when the trainer comments on things in the app (like meals or responds to your workout comments) it all comes in through text at random times sometimes jumbled. As trainier communication is 90% of the apps purpose it needs work.

I like being held accountable. The workouts in the app are challenging for me as an overweight person, but that's a good thing. I am getting stronger and have lost weight! My coach also helps customize the workouts based on my needs per week. Sometimes the app is glitchy, but never enough to impair my workout.
