| 2024-11-27 |  | | This is one of the worst app, they freeze my account without any reason since last two years, and their support system is totally ridiculuos their chat support executives are totally unprofessional they dont have any solution if our problem they only saying " we esclate your matter and you received an email from our team" which is purely false commitment from them because noone can send any email we just wait wait and wait. So pls before starting any trade with this app be prepare to face issue |

After using tons of different exchanges, I finally understand that this app was a huge waste of time. They halt trading, they have features that aren't properly explained. | 2024-11-16 |  | | This is total terrible support team I made a transaction and mistakenly did not put a memo to the transaction and my deposit missin, I contact your support but they kept diverting my issue to a bot I texted their email, they reply so slow and haven't solved the issue since over 48 hours I have been using kucoin for a very long time now and I have been having a good record with their system BUT if my deposit isn’t resolved I'll quit using this app and I won't recommend it to anyone else anymore |

But it shows that there is a problem and should try again twice. The problem is that the screen dismeasuring in some point when you want the levels. But everything was seen for the last past couple of months. The property ground planing with the high quality of photos. without having to good through the beginning sounds screen once repeated. Wanted to remove all the balance now immediate, but have to wait because of my mistake of changing trading password or something else. Mexc is outstanding where I've been trading futures trade for more than 1 and half year. Their support also super fast. Only one issue that forced me to try another and it's their server speed. |

Although I haven't called customer service because of the smooth operation, it's a good idea to familiarise yourself with the platform before making any purchases. The order book chart should be on same page as the order entry screen (buy, sell stop etc) so that one can see / visualize where the majority of the current orders are (on the order book chart) and set order/trade price accordingly. Things are all over the places, could not easily see where the orders placed, balance etc. Please bring back the old layout. Or give an option to choose between new and old layout. Thanks. |

What I would love to see added is a menu tab that shows you all your open orders over main/trading/finance/etc so that they could easily be cancelled without having to remember what all you have in orders and where. And a feature to see amounts of each currency currently in a loan. Would make it easier to know how much of x currency held |
