| 2024-11-24 |  | | The new Update really sucks. The new update doesn't work at all. None of the SAVINGS show up when you click on Coupons. And, when they do. And you click Add Coupon. It gives you an error message everytime. SORRY COUPON COULDN'T BE CLIPPED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. It's been saying this ever since the new Update came out. And, it also refuses to finish loading the entire Coupon Page. And, the only way it's letting me Clip Coupons is through the Weekly Ad. And, even then that doesn't work either. |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | It's incredibly difficult lately to use a gift card already on the app. It keeps going to my bank card when I buy stuff for pickup and won't give me an option to change it. I can click on change card but the gift card won't show up. I used a gift card before easily on this app, so idk what happened. When I check my wallet on the app, it's there, but not when I'm checking out. Also, randomly it will only let you order for delivery on regular things I get for pickup all the time. |

I have called your customer support, who told me to " just get on the website" to click coupons - complete waste of my time. Why even have this app that is completely useless! |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | Very frustrating app. Designed to raise your blood pressure. Expect 3 hours to shop! Very poor search tool. It'll mix in dozens of items that don't match, causing you 30 minutes to search through it all. Coupons NEVER work because the items that qualify are not in stocks, or available for your delivery/pickup option. If it's buy multiple items for one price, you'll search for hours trying to meet the requirements only to find out that while you searched, they just sold out of one you chose. |

The app used to be on point, not for the last few weeks. It's stupid slow and you can no longer clip coupons. It's disconcerting when you use it so frequently and are delivery member. It even crashed recently leaving me to wait a day to report missing items. Do better IT team. Bring it back to the app it used to be. |

Also can't clip coupons anymore, as error messages come up every time. I see many options for coupons to clip that are expired. Unusable. Sad because I used to use this app multiple times a week. | 2024-11-22 |  | | The app is great and has a ton of features. Kroger products are pretty good too. Prices are comparable to other stores like Walmart and even Amazon. I never find spoiled food at the store which is more common at other stores. I just wish the deals would make things a little cheaper than Walmart or Amazon rather than comparable. Haha Edit: App has recently been very buggy. Not responding to clicks, adding wrong items to cart, listed/clicked items not matching actual product. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | I love Kroger, but the app is very slow and freezes up frequently. It makes picking groceries very tedious. They also took away the notes section where you can in specifics, like bananas in a bunch or no bruised tomato's, etc. While i appreciate kroger customer service reaching out to my review.... Of course i reinstalled the app. Everybody knows to do that when experiencing issues. Unfortunately, the app continues to do the same slow, freezing, or "error retrieving your order," etc. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | The last week or so since that last update the kroger app glitches really bad , freezes up , takes longer than normal to download coupons an than when u do get the coupon to clip when u check clipped coupons half the coupons I clip aren't there in clipped coupons.. edit to update : now the kroger app , keeps logging me out , constantly while trying to use the app , also keeps saying unable to clip coupons at this time ... it's super glitching now .. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | Edit: The new Weekly Ad feature only works about half the time or less. I would really love to be able to consistently shop from the Ad. I made sure the app is updated, I don't know why so often it doesn't work. Old review: I like the app because you can search for specific items, can't do that on website. I also like the convenience of being able to check coupons while shopping. |
