| 2024-11-30 |  | | I am trying very hard to like this, but today is just awful what this app is doing. Every time I open an app, it's on the sign up screen. Login password, screen lock pattern from phone, then fingerprint. Otherwise, it doesn't let me even log in, and I never set up like that. I'm tired of logging in again and again with why there is no option to select to keep login info safe or something or keep loggin. |

Also there is no avg cost stat for any coin, as in it doesn't show your average buy in price. They make you calculate it yourself. If these two things improved this would be the best crypto app out there, but due to slow laggy charts and not enough information on asset positions is really making it a mid tier app for me. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | App freezes at times. Had to reinstall 3 times in the last 2 years. Account was blank one time. I feel this App is inconsistent comparared to using the browser. I would think these guys would think that's very important considering it's your assets which is your livelihood, which is your money. I'm just grateful that there is an app on a phone for any exchange to get to real quickly. |

Having the ability to see the LAST price as the default price show, instead of the index price (without having to rotate my phone) and I don't think the OTO orders execute correctly on orders placed via the app, where the web version works correctly. I am trying to become a FT trader and need my tools to be awesome! |

Support doesn't respond as to why, no answer to chat or emails. I've never had so many problems with a service. Total disappointment. Too many other, with better services, platforms to use than put up with this. |

The buy it now price seems out of sync with current market value by enough of a margin to put a bad taste in your mouth. Also, fees could be a little cheaper, in my opinion. I observed that when I made a withdrawal I received an email that my withdrawal is being processed; but there was no email to confirm the completion of the withdrawal process. 2. The withdrawal history in the app didn't contain the address the withdrawal was made to. Kindly work on the two issues raised above. Thank you. |

Like in the order book price has changed but it doesn't at the top of the screen. But honestly, it's not bad compared to what else is out there. Pretty confident there not gonna steal your mony. And if you're that worried about 3 seconds of price movement you shouldn't be trading with that money. |

Once finished, I was requested to produce additional verification. So I did. I received an email stating I was verified. That came to a screeching halt once I tried to setup my banking information. Said I was unverified. Several attempts with CS and all they do is go in circles. HUGE PAIN IN THE ARSE! Over a year later, and still not resolved. Unistalling! |
| 2021-07-29 |  | | Pretty basic design, surprising for a big crypto app. It shows you assets, but clicking on them only shows trade history, not the chart. Still no profit and loss. Very basic and needs way more details. To their response, yes I know you have charts, you could make it easy to use and I wouldn't have to use a different app to make decisions then put the order through on kraken. |
