2024-09-28 | Tanner Langham | trash. very difficult to even figure out how to two sync. 1 android 1 iPad and 1 iPhone and none can connect to the system. Don't buy there stuff
2022-01-17 | Autumn | Once you learn how to use it, it works great. The robot shut off Bluetooth every 10s to save battery until it's connected. All we had to do was move the robot until the bluetooth connected.
2021-12-26 | Gustavo Gomez | It does not seem to work in Android, and just got this for Christmas for my son. Sad to see frustration and sadnnes after taking a good while building a robot. Any solution will be greatly appreciated
2021-12-25 | tharkun | App is buggy on the phone. Bluetooth connects in remote control mode. I can switch to programs and it works. Switching back to remote control (which happens accidentally easily on the phone) Bluetooth is then broken until an app restart. Works neither on remote control nor programming mode. Reproducible 100% of the time. On the tablet it works fine though.
2021-01-23 | Madeline Schrecengost | I could not get any of the buttons to click. It wouldn't let me connect with bluetooth let alone even get ti the bluetooth button.
2021-01-18 | Thomas Lynch | Blue tooth will not connect on android. It connected once out of about 30 tries. Very disappointing.
2021-01-17 | Autumn Popp | I got it to work! Don't despair. I followed the manufacturer instructions on the website to change my location settings for the app. Then had to exit out of the app, go back in, make sure my Bluetooth was on, make sure the blue light on the robot was on by jiggling it, and tap the yellow bluetooth icon again. Ta daa!
2021-01-06 | Bill Reichman | Very difficult to use. Works on 1/3 Android devices I tried using it on. Had to follow a set sequence to get it to work: Enable blue tooth and app location permission. Shake robot to turn it on. Then start the app. Wait til a yellow circle appears around blue tooth symbol, then click it. There is no reason the app needs location for it to function, and not allowing a normal blue tooth connection locks you into needing their app (spying?). The actual set is ok, but cuts corners (wheels).
2020-08-13 | Jacob Tucker | READ THIS NOW! IT SUCKS! Wow ... really? I mean .... REALLY? Android 10 can't stay connected. Come on people! Fix this please ... stuck at home and the robot doesnt work without a phone. But I found a fix ... remove bluetooth pack and discard in trash. Purchase new Arduino board, program, add power supply ... then program robot to drive into traffic. Way funner! Went back to store and got some Pokemon Cards and a BB-Gun (BB-Gun to shoot at the still-flinching semi-crushed robot). :)
2020-06-06 | A Google user | Robot does not respond or pair via Bluetooth. (android 4.4, 6.0,6.1, 8.1.0) The robot itself does not connect to any devices via Bluetooth settings and the app does NOTHING at all to connect. |
