2024-12-02 | Amy Walz | Hate the update! I've been with Cap1 for years. I used to be able to see on the main account screen the percent back on every transaction. Now I have to click on the Cashback activity page and it only shows the amount so it's more of a PITA too assure everything coded properly. It is also more difficult to determine if you have paid off the amount on the last statement as it no longer seems to track this. Plus it seems the app is several days behind updating transactions.
2024-12-01 | Vishal Barot | One of the stupidest app compared to other banks. One of the major flow is that it doesn't have any easy way to add a new account on the record. The link in the email direct me to the website where I login and it shows my existing account and card but do not add the new account in, every time. So I guess the the website and app both are bad and so as the dumb team leader of their developers.
2024-12-01 | Kevin | Most recent update (a week or so) broke the display of reward categories. The app, in both possible locations, doesn't show which percentage category a purchase falls under like it used to. It was a convenient way to make sure purchases were giving the correct reward category.
2024-11-29 | Abner Palacios | I'm done with this app and i'm leaving capital one because of it !!!!Everytime i open the app it tells me i was signed out .... just remove this annoying pop up and get me straight to the biometric login !!!! Also pending transactions are handled poorly and often do not show a true reflection of current balance with pending transactions included. Many times has this led to overdrafts!
2024-11-27 | Jasmin Tejada | The app has issues with loading and I can't enable my son's Zelle because something always goes wrong. I called Cap1 and they said they would work on it. 3 weeks have passed and nothing. Also, it's not only that I can't enable my son's Zelle. Everything I try to Zelle someone, I have to try a couple of times because it stays in an endless loop.
2024-11-27 | Manny Reyes | I have had continual troubles in two areas. 1. I signed up for due bill payment reminder notifications by email. Didn't work, I don't receive the email notifications. 2. I gave my mobile number. But, for secondary verification (by text). I am always notified that they do not have my mobile number - submit my mobile number.??? Other than that, it's okay.
2024-11-26 | A Google user | Fingerprint login is very volatile. You never know if it will work from one time to the next. It often disappears and has to be re-set up. Other than that, I love the app. It's layout is great, and functionality is also great. They just need to figure out the Fingerprint login.
2024-11-25 | Kristie Harpster | I feel like it's pretty easy to use. I've never really had any problems using it. I think it works for a while I don't. I've never had no problem so I recommend if you bank through Capital One to get the wrap. You should be able to do quite a bit and if you need something that's not on the app you just need to call them and get a hold of them. That's the only thing that's irritating is when you call because I've been disconnected from calling them from their automated system
2024-11-23 | Edward Baker | No matter what a person does in life you can do a thing without having credit and what's worse than hatbad credit? Having no credit or credit history! That was me starting out but luckily I stumbled on to Capital one and this app and with their help I'm not only establishing credit but also learning how it all works with all 3 credit agencies. If that isn't enough they're also partners with all kinds of business everywhere which allows me to get money back with more stores than I knew existed!!
2024-11-23 | Ivy | Just endlessly spins everytime I try to get a virtual card and has been that way for months. Borderline useless app --- I upgraded my card from no rewards to the Quicksilver one, and now my card no longer works with 3D Secure /Mastercard Securepay. When I called customer service they didn't even know what I was talking about, useless and frustrating. Wish I had never 'upgraded'. |
