I'm a couple days into playing this game. It is very easy to learn and fun to play. The first matches are too easy but after an hour or so matches get more balanced. There are a couple crashes here and there but nothing opening and closing the game doesn't fix. You only get about 30 minutes of playtime every couple hours before you have to wait for more energy, but that's fine for a player like me. With only a $0.99 purchase you can bypass the energy system.

As someone who supported the game at launch, I absolutely cannot recommend it in it's current state. Early on the game was a fun little card battler that didn't try to fleece your wallet at every opportunity. Now it's a horribly unoptimized mess that is EXTREMELY pay to win. Mythic cards utterly destroyed the already marginal balance and if you aren't willing to shell out ludicrous amounts of real money for them, you might as well uninstall the game. Which is what I'm doing right now.

*UPDATE* The game runs fairly stable now. recently, after a major update, the game literally wouldn't run. You would load it up and it would just be frozen. now it plays fine. I do have one extremely major complaint, however. Up until now, whenever I decided to invest $10 into a monthly season pass, it would be a one-time payment. But, without any announcement or message, they autocharged me for a second month. I was not planning on doing this. This is a major problem.
