My phone is not compatible with the app. This is extremely frustrating and I thought it would go away after a while but it is still there. I may just consider getting rid of my Kohl's account since I can't view any of the things you send. | |

Navigation is not intuitive (swiping gestures do not work like they should, one example: left swipe should be "back" but instead goes to home screen). and worst is not letting me filter or sort search results without allowing location setvices access. There is zero reason for a shopping app to need accesd to my location. I set it manually and set my preferred store. That is all it should need. Stop trying to invade my privacy. | |
2024-10-28 | Holly Wood | I like the ability to scan the barcode of an item in the store to find the price. However, if you don't have the UPC correctly in the camera view, the app's scanner will capture just the partial UPC and then give and error (obviously) because the system cannot find the item. I would prefer if the scan option allowed me to "click" when I can see that the UPC is fully in the view of the camera before taking the shot. Also, the app frequently logs me out and doesn't integrate with password mgr. | |

Restarted everything, emailed support (no response except automated receipt)and still nothing. It has been this way since the switch to Capital One. However, I've been unable to link my card to Kohl's pay. Every time I try, I get an error message saying "We're unable to process your request." Please fix this so the app is fully functional and I'll change my rating! | |

The link in the email to reset the password just sends you in a loop back to the home page. Worst version of this app . No one has time to call the call center and fuss over an app every time it acts up. | |

I can't pay my bill from the app, so I have to use my browser on my phone, and so it that way. It's getting out of control. I keep getting app isn't responding now, and I have received multiple emails saying either my account has been locked and I need to change the password or that I have requested a password change. Neither of those things I have done. Fix the app please. | |

It sends me the email, but clicking the link just opens the app to the main page (it won't open in the browser) and I get no option to select a new password. I just cycle through with trying to login (can't remember my password) biometrics aren't an option and it doesn't autofill from saved passwords, so I'm in an endless loop trying to login to my account. 2024-10-05 | Mo S | I think the app is okay but I think it can be much better. For instance, I have to contact the Associates handling the Chat multiple times. Most of the time, I have to contact them to connect my receipt with my rewards (because I forgot to put my rewards in through my phone number in the past). I connected to the Associate in Chat to change the phone number associated with my account. It doesn't work in settings. Can you make it easier through filling out a form? |
