| 2024-11-18 |  | | App worked fine, now it crashes whenever I hit the print button. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no change. --Update: still crashes when I try to print. This app was already trash compared to other Bluetooth printer apps I've used, but it's literally unusable. What am I supposed to do with the 50$+ printer I can't with because of y'all? |

In Google Photos, you can search for photos by person, object, etc., but you have to add the photos to an album to be able to find them later in the STEP Prints app. If you could "share" the photo to the STEP app it would be a much easier process. |

Before printing I verified it was connected, and then hit print. The app then claimed I wasn't connected. If you're reading app previews prior to purchase (something I wish I'd done), please save your money and avoid this printer. Saving a few dollars isn't actually worth it in this case. |
| 2024-05-26 |  | | Will pair with my printer but won't connect. After hours of uninstalling the app, forgetting Bluetooth and resetting the printer... I finally figured out it will only work if you let it see your contacts and call history when pairing. Why the heck would a printer need that??? This is in addition to it forcing you to accept a bunch of unnecessary app permissions, like seeing your precise location. Clearly harvesting our data, and if you don't agree your $100 printer is now a paper weight. |

I give 3 stars because it actually has worked for me, but the app is prone to crashing and most of the time it does not really explain what the problem is. If you use this mini printer and you have a problem, you're going to have to troubleshoot at each step. The device needs a good charge and does not last long, so keep it plugged in. Get the app, update it, try startup steps in a different order, reset if needed, etc. |

What gives? I searched and searched for a mini printer that would finally work with Android and it's now garbage like the rest. Seems to be a recurring problem for others as well. Disappointed |

But now when I try to print something, I get a pop up that says "something went wrong with Kodak step prints" "Kodak step prints closed because this app has a bug" " try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error" I then Uninstalled and reinstalled it and it does the same thing. Please fix!? |
| 2024-01-11 |  | | I was able to print one photo. It immediately stopped working after. It tries to reconnect me to my printer even though I'm already connected. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting. It took me to a screen that said preparing to print, then it freezes and crashes. Back to square one. Totally useless |
| 2023-08-04 |  | | Got the printer from a friend as a gift, so I downloaded the app. Only has let me print one photo since. Now, it won't let my phone connect to the printer and the app. The app won't even register that bluetooth is on the device at all, and I'm really disappointed, I was hoping to be able to use this to scrapbook. |
