| 2024-03-23 |  | | "Stays" doesn't show the reserved site number that we paid the extra $25 for. However, the site nmbr is reflected when viewing from a desktop. Very annoying since getting specific sites is kind of hard. I want the peace of mind knowing that the site I paid extra for is indeed reflected in my reservation on the app. Also, when I was booking a reservation on the app, the app timed out so it didn't book my reservation. Again annoying when time is of the essence when trying to get a specific site. |

One of them will actually resemble a drawing of you. It would be even better if you could use your KOA Rewards number to log in instead of password, so you wouldn't have to remember both. But that's not a big deal. |

| 2023-05-30 |  | | Easy to use, reserve, get info, eyc. KOA has a variety of levels and stays. We've tried a few different options and everyone has been either very good or excellent. Since these are franchises, they do vary. Bellefonte, PA is our fav so far. Mystic area is lovely, the bathrooms were a major issue 😱. $36 for yearly membership is great if you camp either more than 4 days or 2 short trips. |

Update The developer contacted me saying they applied a hotfix. Sure enough the app works now. Great work. I am very pleased. Thanks. Review changed to 5 stars |
| 2022-11-30 |  | | Since the addition of being able to see your reservations the app has become even more useful then before but still could use the ability to more fully control your reservations including prepay and editing till the cut off time for making changes but you can definitely see it moving the right direction and love KOA so looking forward to more technology integration |
| 2022-10-27 |  | | I have to be on it a bit longer to give it a decent review. Navigation is easy, finding information about site including directions to KOA is easy. Only thing I didn't figure out is when I downloaded app and created the account, it didn't have my cabin information, that I had already booked. I'm not tech savvy so it was probably a mistake on my part but I really like the app and the campsite is Awesome! |
| 2022-09-17 |  | | Went on a huge camping trip for 17 days, 3700 miles, and 10 states. I planned the whole thing out using the KOA app which made it very easy. I was able to get to our planned stops, using a KOA campground for 15 of our 17 nights on the road. I thought that was excellent!! I was also able to pick the kind of site I wanted, i.e., pull through and full hook ups. No worrying about what I would end up with when I got there. KOAs are a bit pricier but you know what you are getting ahead of time!!! |
| 2022-07-30 |  | | We love staying at KOAs whenever their is one where we want to be. This app makes it easy to find one and even plan our trips. I believe what could be improved are your options to make changes to your upcoming trips in the app. Everytime we want to add or subtract a day it proves easier to call the location we are planning on staying at than use the app were we booked our stay. |
