| 2024-08-24 |  | | This app works very well. I tried their browser extension on Chrome. It works very well there and I also tried their mobile version which I believe could be improved a bit. Like maybe a feature that would allow me to like take numbers and then it would ask. Hey, do you want to use kixie instead of your regular phone? Whereas right now I have to copy all the phone numbers and then paste them in the kixie which still very very good. I would highly recommend |

| 2023-07-10 |  | | This app is unacceptable in every aspect. If I tried this app before purchasing I would have went with another company. For example, in the texting threads it puts both your texts and the other persons texts on the same side and has no labels. And when a new text comes in you have to close the app and reopen for it to show in the thread. Pretty shocking, it makes me nervous when companies release unfinished products. |
| 2023-02-08 |  | | Mobile app is terrible! Greater focus needs to be placed on enhancing and fixing the issues there. Kixie customer service is excellent. The Power Dialer Chrome extension is excellent. But the mobile app is almost unusable. I'm on the go a lot and I can't always be tied to my computer and expected to answer calls from there. Unfortunately, since the Power Dialer is the only way to effectively communicate with my customers I'm forced to use it exclusively. Kixie please do something about this! |

| 2022-07-31 |  | | Phone app just plain sucks. I don't even know why they made it. You can't text. You can't change numbers when texting. Calls literally almost never work. Only reason I can see yo even have it is just to see what people have texted you so you can go to your computer and get back in touch with them. |
