There are many versions of "Traffic Jam" This is easily the best one out there. Over 10 thousand puzzles, offline as well. Awesome!

It feels pretty oldschool; like an early android game, but it works. You pay a small premium fee and what you get is pretty impressive. We're talking hundreds upon hundreds of puzzles. Easily worth the price.
