2024-11-10 | Kayla Brown | my mum made me get this. it made me so miserable. i had it for like a month and i found out how to bypass on my android recently ;3 if any parents are reading this, here is my genuine advice as a teenage girl. please dont force your kids to get this app, its better to talk with them about this kind of stuff. especially if theyre teenagers. teenagers are bound to stay up late and be on their phone a lot, its part of being a teenager! dont get this app if you want a good relationship with your kid
2024-11-09 | Kelley Mussler | I really love the schedules and different modes to allow my kids to use essential apps without getting distracted by games during homework time.
2024-11-09 | Ahmad Khan | Very basic features which do not really restrict the children's activities efficiently. App has all sorts of bugs too. Sadly a waste of time and money.
2024-11-07 | Manoj C V | Dear Product owner - Can you please not show parent email ID anywhere in the app when child mode or lock mode is ON? Example when clicking reset pin. Kids are smarter these days - our generation's upgraded versions they are. They will figure out how to reset pin and disable kidalox if you keep showing email ID/contact details of parent. Why would I pay for subscription after my kid figured out how to bypass this app?
2024-10-25 | Crystal Coffin | Could not get help properly, could not get certain apps locked and the ones we did, locked daughter's phone completely. Setting up times, adjusting times, still phone would stay locked. The offer you begin with was to pay on a monthly basis for a certain amount and be able to cancel. They charged complete fee up front. Now saying we had 3 day trial, should have canceled in first 7 days and cannot give us refund for the other 11 months service not used. They were quick to cancel service though.
2024-10-13 | Hiram Tibbitts | Whenever child request more time it only gives the options to remove time, not add. Don't waste your money.
2024-08-30 | Kristina Z | This app doesn't completely block google and you tube when set up. On galaxy s24, my child just has to swipe up from the bottom screen to access these and has no timers or down time, even though i have it blocked in settings.I reported this to the App customer service and they will not refund at all. It is pointless to have an app that doesn't regulate screen time or properly block things you don't want your child to use constantly. Worthless.
2024-08-22 | Mark Playle | I've not tried this product yet however am leaving an initial feedback for the installation process which suggested by email the following: "it comes with a 3 day free trial which is active now (no credit card required)! So it’s time to add your first device" Unfortunately no option was available to try the product for free, andI having opted to pay for the product expecting that I could gain a refund within the first 3 days however this is not the case.
2024-08-17 | Dee Harmonic | When the app changes to lock mode there's a seperate allow list. Lately it's made all system settings and apps available that were previously locked and when I click edit the allow list it doesn't give me the option to relock those settings. It is set up in content restrictions but it doesn't carry over to lockmode, same problems still & now there's a "panic button" so kids can beep your phone over and over, it's very obnoxious and interrupts our lives. I had this turned off but now it's AUTO ON
2024-08-01 | Suzanne Wood-Simmons | Awful, stupidly paid the subscription too. Spoke to technical team who declined a refund on numerous occasions, and gave me a list of options to try that were so jargon based, you'd need a degree in computer science to understand. Waste of money. Please avoid. |
