2024-01-04 | Laura V | The day version is way too slow. The month version ok. The fixed depostit and mutual funds were not very obvious to find. It does give good perspective on possibilties for financial strategies.
2022-07-21 | Dear Muslim | Great app. I'm an adult but I found it very entertaining and enlightening. I, however, wish the app developers could include options of life choices and expenses, single or married, male or female, kids or no kids - all the things that determine one's expenses in real life. There all is no consideration for retirement age, promotions or choosing to stop working and focus on investments. Overall, this app is great, I hope there's a version for adults.
2021-09-13 | Alea Tennu | I was actually able to apply what I understood in RK's book. But there's still room for improvement such as maybe adding a stage were you get to retire and enjoy the beauty of real estate investments. But overall it's quite fascinating and like I said, there's still room for improvement. So no hard feelings on the four stars 😉
2021-07-12 | Charlene Dacuno | for a 14 years old like me, throught this, i now understand what I've been reading and knew that it was that simple. The game was confusing at first but i got to it later. i just hope that what happened here actually happens in real life coz, i may not know. and buying real estate in this game is just a tap-tap but in real life, it's actually hard to invest, right? so yeah
2021-06-01 | Vinicius Krischke | Exceptional! Edit: Still exceptional, but I'm having a bug where wen a go pay off liabilities that are not the first on the list, the value is deducted from my account but not reduced from the loan amount. Another thing, I'd like to go to premium to not have to watch advertising, but o can't find where. Still 5 stars though...
2021-03-05 | UKONNA CHARLES | I enjoyed the month race as an app developer, because I had already learned from my previous mistake of being an accountant. my lessons: spent most of time as an accountant just settling debts and only investing in gold, without realizing dat i could offset my bills and liabilities, diversify my investments and watch my asset make money grow for me. I learnt as an app developer, diversified my asett and investment, ofsset my liability and boom. 259 days completed my dream.
2021-02-04 | Daryl Serrano | Fun game, but pretty buggy. The app would crash a lot, then after a while it reached a point where the app wouldn't work at all. Looking forward to playing it more once a more stable version is released.
2021-01-14 | Panda | I discovered this game at the age of 28 years old and it is amazing!! I didn't know much about investments before this game but it was definitely a big help and kickstart for learning how to manage money into investments BETTER. I applied the hardest level setting to reflect my lifestyle and completed the game in 5 days (around my work schedule and duties as a wife). Definitely gave me much needed insight to fix and focus on my future financial career!
2021-01-01 | Roman Kosarenko | This game is great at teaching some basic concepts of personal finance. I loved playing the tough world with small salary and lots of liabilities (as "app developer"). Daily race is only fun for the first couple of months - I recommend only playing monthly race, because in some scenarios it takes you 15 years to reach your goal, and daily race becomes a numbing experience. Some things are simplified of course (like the 4% interest on bank deposits). Also the "unexpected events" in my monthly race only happen in June, August, November and December. Gold price never goes below 30. Balances are calculated with fractional cents (why?). But the greatest fun is figuring out how to escape the rate race. The book, if I recall, recommended to buy property as soon as you can afford it, but in this game the cheapest property gives you less interest than your bank deposit - good for learning!
2020-12-25 | William Olson | fun game, its very complimentary to the book rich dad poor dad. if you havent read the book. I and am sure these folks would agree that its a must read. The cashflow quadrant is the second and most important to read and understand. These books and games like this will be invaluable to mine and you finances to help me understand cashflow and its great Practice to lose pretend Money. Thank you!!!! this is the best version of the rat race gane ive come across. |
