| 2023-01-14 |  | | This app does not work with Android 13. I have an open ticket 975905 that confirms this fact. Nevertheless, KeepSolid deny this stating that it's a device issue. It used to work on older Android versions KeepSolid need to keep their app compatible with the latest software releases. Support was actually useful, but the conclusion is that I have to wait for an update to the app. Far from a Lifetime purchase!! |
| 2022-04-24 |  | | Simply not working, I bought the vpn and smartdns bundle through stacksocial in a deal and so far the dns as not worked at all. Netflix US doesn't work which I didn't really expect to work anyway I bought it for vudu and even that don't work and that's one of the easier ones. Customer services told me it's being worked on and try in a few days?? At the moment this is useless I'll change my review if it does eventually work. Edit: 24/4/22 - app doesn't work with latest android os. Dns still broke |

All other components of mono defense work well. Smart DNS is garbage and really a pain in the rear to set up. Been a keepsolid user sense 2016. |
| 2021-05-11 |  | | It's awful. Even Disney+ in own country not working. About rhe only thing working is US netfux. No UK apps work. Going back to Getflix. On top of a refund I should be paid for hours of frustration. 15 years or more of using DNS SERVICES this is down there with the worst of the worst. |

I have the app downlaoded and i even did a manual set-up on my phone but to no avail. Not often i can not solve a tech problem like this! Price of a 1-year plan wasted. |
| 2021-03-30 |  | | Smartdns will not work with two-step authentication turned on. I have to turn off two-step authentication on my account to get it to login. If I turn two-step back on it will not log back in if I reboot my phone. It works for me on Windows just not Android. The error I get says it is not two-step compatible. Bummer... |
| 2021-02-19 |  | | Updated edit. Works for most channels but not perfect. ITV live TV on Roku, after ads content doesn't load due to not enough bandwidth. BBC, works but far from HD and occasional buffering, overall not much better than VPN. Not sure it's any better than the VPN service. |

Update 7th Jan: its been fixed after logging a ticket. OK, but i shouldnt have to log a ticket to get this fixed or? Update 15th Feb'21: US streaming providers again recognize the tool, service is producing a DNS leak... 16th Feb'21: back "online" again.. |
