| 2024-11-23 |  | | The back navigation throughout the app only works sometimes, frustrating when it doesn't. Also, typing in price amount to track also requires multiple tries. Not sure what kind of framework it uses, basic things like typing in doesn't work means it is time to switch to a different framework. Don't ask me to contact support, I don't have time for that. The more I use this app, the more I get frustrated from the back button not working and lack of mobile optimized website. I have to reduce stars. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | Keepa is suddenly telling me the wrong prices on Amazon items, after working reliably for years. For example, it will tell me the Buy Box price has reached the tracking price I set for it, but when I open Amazon it shows the higher price in the Buy Box. Basically the price Keepa is showing is different from the price the Buy Box is showing, whether I'm tracking or not tracking. This makes Keepa somewhat useless. How to fix this? |
| 2024-11-04 |  | | Super useful and very reliable. I have used keepa for a couple of years and found it reliable tracks prices across Amazon. I am very happy that it has allowed me to save a good few pounds. all the alert options seem to work very well and I always look forward to seeing a keepa notification 😀 |
| 2024-10-28 |  | | Hello, on the new UI design it's frustrating that the Back button doesn't actually take me back to the previous screen or tab in Keepa. I can sort of see why they did this, but the back button should work as expected and it's jarring when it doesn't. I would also suggest that you create an optional "confirmation on exit" So that the back button could also be used to exit the app completely if pressed enough times as chosen by the user. |

| 2024-08-21 |  | | The frequent problem with this app is when your reviewing a product and press back to go back to the Amazon home page or the previous product page. The back button instead takes me Keepa home page where I need to click on Amazon again and then restart my search. It should give a warning |
