2024-11-16	Adam Culp	I use a paid Individual Subscription for managing contacts and sales for my single-member LLC. I was locked out and prompted to upgrade to a Team Subscription despite being a solo user. After two days without a response from tech support, I upgraded but remained locked out. LEADer claimed the issue was resolved on Day 3, but it wasn’t until Day 4 that access was restored. For three days, I couldn’t access my tasks, contacts, or notes, resulting in missed bids and lost jobs.

I request you to please make it correct as i want, and refund my rest amount of 11 months membership. I want to subscribe only per month auto renewal plan, not one year plan. Please help me.
2024-08-16	Ikechukwu Otutubuike	Edited did a subscription renewal after being logged out on the 8th of August it seemed the subscription wasn't captured the leader support helped in requesting for a refund and suggested I resubscribe and it worked out. Although there where back and forth and room for improvement from the support, overall the support team was helpful and responsive.
2023-08-30	Yuma Scott	Not free, free trial. I didn't even try it because my understanding was it was free with an upgrade possibility, not a free trial. It would be great if this was mentioned in the description as well as subscription plan costs. I gave it a 3 rating because the video, pictures, and even the installation seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.

I do receive and make too much calls and i forgot what was discussed with whom, but because of leader i can make notes of each call and set reminder if required. One important feature is missing that we cant export leads and contacts with remarks in excel. Now This is going to be paid and that too very expensive. This is not fair. Surely this will decrease their popularity and will cause poor reviews.

I've been searching for "The One" lol, and finding something my old skool hubby will actually use is nearly impossible, however, I'm finding this so beneficial, with its better than Verizon caller ID, and the wonderful virtual business card, that I think he'll be able to adapt and use this awesome app. I'm floored by the professionalism found in this free app that isn't in $60+ month apps!?! What the???? I'm sold!
2023-02-14	William Pruitt	I'm sure this app, if it were fixed, would be quite useful. But at this point, I find it otherwise. When I tried to create my business card to send out as an auto text, the app would lock up whenever I hit "preview and save", and then it would crash. I got tired of fiddling with it, so I decided to delete it. Why keep it if I can't use it?
2022-12-02	Brandon Folse	LEADer is a breeze to use and a very intuitive app. It's easy to set tasks for your contacts, create and send sales proposals or just have notes to review when they call! I use it regularly! Solid app, inexpensive... what else can I say? 5 stars! Update.... Still using it more than 6 months later.... Even better now than when I first started using it. A must have for entrepreneurs, smbs, sales teams, etc!

After trying so many different apps and software based CRM programs and this has been the easiest to navigate, has every type of tool I need(labels, reminders, etc) without having to use any additional apps to piggy back on. Keeps EVERYTHING right in front of you in a very clean interface. This app has it down to every detail in the contact section, you can schedule calls on your calendar right on the app. Also their customer service has always been prompt/pleasure to work with.
2021-07-13	Stormy Jones	I really like this app and want to keep it, but unfortunately it will not let me use my ported in numbers...For example: customer calls and I miss the call and want to send a follow-up email or my business card...the app will show my personal telephone number not the ported business number...It is great for the customers dialing in, but when I want to use the features like sending a proposal (which I love) I don't want it to show my personal phone number...Maybe you do, if so please help!
