| 2023-11-03 |  | | My parents got me this for my bedroom. Overall, it's a good light, but it does need some work. I went to test the different colors and it wouldn't work, only the music was working(fixed). It also doesn't have many options, and the drag color select is a bit off, too. I drag it over to light green, and it's blue. However, I do like the fan, the Bluetooth connection, and that you get a remote. I haven't even tried the timer yet, either. I rate it 4 stars. It's a good light, but it needs work. |
| 2023-08-14 |  | | Found a "bypass" for lighting functions. Fast clicks will rotate you through the basic light functions. I found bright light 1st, then a warmer glow after 2 fast clicks. 3 fast clicks gave me another whitish level, then 4 solid colors, 5ish rotating colors. I'm not exactly sure on # of clicks.... play with it and see what happens...... good luck! |
| 2023-08-01 |  | | It's seriously basic. I would love the option of connecting it to my Alexa for light control. It can only be connected via Bluetooth to one device at a time. You do not get a selection in the app to choose which device is currently connected. Mildly irritated that you cannot control the fan via the app, only the sound quality and lights. |
| 2023-03-08 |  | | Had this for a while and it worked fine but recently the bulb stopped responding to the app. Now, the app often won't even open. If it does, it then won't change colour or turn off or dim. It works as a speaker, but there's no way to protect it from other people connecting. Had a few occasions of neighbours connecting to it unintentionally. My only option to disconnect them was to turn the light off at the wall switch. It's time to bin the whole thing. |

Edit: It works w older devices or OS like my 7yo Galaxy Tab 4. Not w new Pixel 6. The control of the light colors is pretty cool but usability of the app and instructions of how to use the presets or other features are non-existent. The lamp itself is also very poorly built but that's for the Amazon review. Will increase to 2 stars. |
| 2021-10-02 |  | | App does not work at all on my Samsung Galaxy S21. I see it on my Bluetooth list but when I tap on it, it connects but the app doesn't work even when my phone says it's connected. The only way to control my speaker light is by the controller that came with it. Music plays and sounds good but can't control music or anything else with this app. Nothing works! |

The second took me a while to get going, because of the lack of instructions, but its all like that nowadays, maybee im to techno dumb. Now it works, music, lighting, colors etc. A decent quality product for the price! Having it in the gazebo summer nights is great ! Very ingeneous product, no batteries to manage... |
| 2021-01-09 |  | | Chinese-made app that suspiciously requires access to too many permissions such as GPS location plus other 'hidden' permissions like network, wifi, other apps' data etc. In addition, the notifications when switching bluetooth on and off on my device are now in Chinese!!! Uninstalling!! The light controls don't even work, I can only play music through the speaker, which although loud, is pretty bad quality. |

I have 3 different phones and it works with every one and they all have mixer bass apps or music players I use to play music through the lightbulb speaker and it works great. Light could be brighter and sound is what I'd expect. Overall excellent app and product. |

Also, when this bug happens the remote loses some functions like on/off, brighter/darker, etc. The app needs more testing, I cannot use the music feature at all! The light change works like a charm but I would be much more satisfied with more presets and custom presets as well with some new controls. Has a lot of potential but seems like a quick buck deal unfortunately. |
