It is so stupid that one must remove their finger from the screen entirely after making an input in order for the next movement to register in the first place. Why can't I just swipe left and then swipe up, for example. It's not a hard mechanic to add for anyone at least semi-competent at coding to implement. There's is very little this concept has to offer, so a small mistake like this obviously brings a 5 star rating down to 1.
This would be perfect, if it had an option for a simple controller like d-pad. The versions of the d-pad in game are weird and i feel more people would prefer a simi transparent d-pad in a bottom corner. If you guys implement something like this it would be great.
Good game, simple and without ads, but the touch behavior seems inconsistent... i used to play in old nokias using diagonals (3/7 or 1/9) and cannot play that way in this game. Other commands are kinda strange, they are drawn over the game itself... i liked to play in 'snake 97' app but they bloated with ads, maybe you can get some good ideas from there.
