Brooke Stringham, 2023-10-04DISAPPOINTED Installed and subscribed to app thru my google play which is my normal route I was charged for the monthly rate which I am glad now that I always start with in case of issues and proceeded to try to sign in customer service is saying I dont have an account and to contact google to see if maybe under a different email its not I finally decided to take the $5 loss and cancel subscription at least I know google play is good about that so much for trying the Dove channel
