2024-08-31 | Siuvhne Fitzclansai | For some reason they disabled my account, and offer no way to resolve it. As far as the app is concerned, I see its usefulness in static forms with check boxes and standard fields, but creating a simple order form that both allows the user to add rows and calculate the total can't be done. The inability to upload data from a spreadsheet is illogical, not to mention being unable to create dynamic forms that change options based on previous selections.
2024-07-06 | Miya AmI | Wonderful, lengthy list of features, form types, and integrations. However, while it allows you to schedule meetings, it does not allow you to send meeting details to your calendar! It's almost pointless and definitely frustrating. π
2024-06-10 | Erik Burns | Truly the best overall solution when it comes to online forms, data integration, and connectors such as Zapier. Jotform is very fast and easy to use for elegant simple forms. It includes some amazing perks like email notifications and conditional logic right out of the box. The free plan is insanely generous with few limitations. The mobile app is also great as it gives you instant notification any time someone submits a new form. The Jotform team nailed the experience! I'm a fan.
2024-05-13 | Cecily Brown | I like jotforms and most of my event coordinators do too. However, I do find that when I need to modify a form I can up load a new pdf, but nothing else adjusts. I have to re-edit anything I type in and I have to rearrange check boxes and text boxes. The one REAL PROBLEM I have had is that text entry boxes align text to the bottom and there is no way to modify it to align differently. All in all I would recommend it as a way to receive registration forms online.
2024-04-28 | Tamara Ramos-Sadel | Good features. Terrible billing. I can't downgrade on app as the desktop site advises. I use the bronze subscription for this a couple of times a year to fundraise for a day. Wish there were better options. I need a form that lets you use it once you submit. Jotform has been the only option for me. May have to find another. Tired of the billing forcing me to auto pay and giving me the run around to downgrade to free.
2023-11-22 | Anthony Lloyd | I use this app for compliance purposes for a bus company. The web version came in handy during the pandemic when we were trying not to have people come in and fill out paper forms. The app has allowed the flexibility to do many more things with it. I have not experienced slowness and am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. Would strongly recommend if having issues with the app to make sure it's updated and the device is on the latest update version. Great App!
2023-07-31 | Lauren Anderson | So frustrating. I have the document already, I just wanted to create a signable form to send to my clients. The actual upload process is hit or miss. It either happens instantly or you have to back out and retry because it will load forever. And then when you do finally get done placing all the little signature, date, and phone number boxes, you move on to the next step and get a loading screen of death that never actually loads anything. And when you back up, everything is gone.
2023-04-10 | Cole Bohrer | Awesome app, only thing though is I get this glitch where it moves the form off to the left side of my phone and stays there, and I can't see the contents when that happens. It fixes itself when I go out of just that form and go back in. 4.5 is what I want to set but it only lets me do solid stars. Update:The problem no longer happens anyway, might have been a problem on my side. But it was from a widget opening but when I closed it, it didn't move the form back into view. Thank you Jotform! :D
2023-02-07 | GenericAssUsername | Mostly useful, but I can't use icons with it. Choosing the icons menu causes the app to freeze, at which point I have to force close it. Edit: I talked with two support agents and neither of them knew what was going on and didn't provide any helpful advice. I switched from another service to Jotform specifically because the other service didn't support mobile editing. This bug is disappointing, to say the least. For this price, the app should be polished and optimized at least for flagships.
2022-10-12 | Mark it West | Update October 12, '22 Absolutely useless in every way. Like always slow af. Used it only for submission notifications, and now it doesn't even do that. Can't believe they can't find a decent developer to help them. ... July 24, '21 It's almost the end of 2021, and JotForm seems even more primitive than before. Nothing's changed. The app is slow and buggy AF, and the forms just change their appearance out of the blue. Unreliable, antiquated forms, and a completely useless app. |
