Prices are reasonable, on most things. Certain things, are a little expensive though, like shoes, some electronics, some clothes, etc. Shipping isn't horrible but it is pretty slow sometimes. The coupons expire fairly quick and are usually only for 5%-15% off. Shipping cost is a little ridiculous, on some things, as well.

I made several orders in a short period of time. Thinking I was getting good deals. Well when my orders finally started arriving, what I saw online and thought I ordered was not what arrived!! The sizes were wrong, the item itself was wrong. 1 order never made it to me. I attempted to contact someone numerous times all I got back was a message for more proof. I sent pics, order numbers everything, my card charges etc. They never fixed any issue. I was scammed hundreds of dollars. Beware!!

I received my first product from them and while trying it on the zipper broke. I went through the proper channels to have it replaced and after a week of sending pictures and arguing with them they actually blocked me from communicating with them and no intention to fix the problem. I've had nothing but great experiences with other shopping apps, but I will never use this one again. I wish I had been warned. update on this. I tried to cancel my account and went through this nightmare again.
