I emailed them to do this and had an answer saying I would be contacted in 24hrs so far I have not been contacted. And to make matters worse they have now taken £25 from my account and left me in an overdraft. Very dodgy company and practice. I don't even remember signing up to them. |

So, today I was looking at my bank account and found out I was charged 19$ for the membership. It appears that they've been charging me for the past 7 months 19$ each month. I didn't get any emails or notifications that I was going to be charged that money or my membership would be renewed so I could somehow manage it. |

After reading other reviews, I realized it would end up costing more money to get the rebate than I was getting back. Nowhere I saw leading up to this was it stated that there would be a 3 dollar charge. Horrible business practice, I feel taken advantage of and lied to. |
