My biggest concerns were getting a good real product and the mailing process of such valuable items. JM makes it very easy they go into decent detail of all the processes involved in finding what you want. Prices are pretty good and close to spot. They go into detail about mailing process and give you multiple options on how you want it delivered. Over all it's a great company.... |

Product I have no problem, but for what I spent, the product should have been presented in a professional package, not in a paper bag or box. I bought the same items from their competitors, and the items were professional, descriptive, and in a plastic box. How you represent a business or yourself? The second was on line order and had problems with time frame of price having took me a little over 5 minutes the price increased and at first I was double charged to my card. The mistake was fixed after I complained to both parties of double billing. What I did like was that the delivery was exceptionally and the package had absolutely no indication of contents. |

If I leave the page to check another app, it doesn't reopen the page and I must go all the way back to the metal choice and scroll back to where I was originally. It's cost them sales from not just me, I'm sure. Kitco has a more accurate spot price tracker it seems. |

Basically I've got a full page computer screen shrunk down to the size of a cell phone screen. No, the desktop toggle button is not on!! I know cell phones, and the problem isn't on my end, and all other metal apps are working fine. |

Now if anyone could tell me how to make a excel sheet to automatically calculated the value of purchased gold and silver that would be great; to always recalculate the value day by day to get an idea of the real time value is daunting. |
