| 2024-09-23 |  |  | It is annoying that it only pays for a single rider. I wasted a pass and got stranded. It was my first time using the card and the driver couldn't be bothered to tell me that I needed a separate card for my sister before using it to pay for myself and my sister. We had to Uber to a trolley stop for a card which was nowhere near where we were and wasted another $40. |
