2024-12-17 | Vitthal Kumar | The UI in this app is terrible and laggy. Adjusting the brightness turned out to be a frustrating experience for me. I even had to wait 10 minutes to receive an OTP. Additionally, the app lacks important features. One more thing—while you might not see ads between videos with a premium subscription, the app is still full of ads, much like a webpage, even when you have a subscription.
2024-12-15 | Preethy V | Uses too much data , doesn't play on WiFi. Overall terrible app. It fails to open on WiFi and open on jio data (convenient). I was shocked to find I had used up more than 6 gb data in a day which never had happened before when I use other streaming services. It is not s user friendly app.
2024-12-11 | Abi Abdulkhader | The brightness control feature in the full-screen mode of JioCinema is extremely disappointing. It's one of the most basic yet essential functions in any video player, and its poor implementation here significantly affects the viewing experience. Adjusting brightness should be seamless and responsive, but sadly, that’s not the case. This issue makes the app frustrating to use, especially in varying lighting conditions. I hope the developers prioritize fixing this as it’
2024-12-10 | Aditya Shukla | Content being provided is amazing, and so is the pricing and affordability. But the User Interface is so terrible it often makes me want to pull my hair out. The brightness slider doesn't work on mobile devices the hitbox is so small, also, give a the captions don't need to have shadow, a black banner with white text looks great like other services do it. And story is similar on the TV app as well, Text is tiny and unreadable, and the audio is too low for dialogues and too loud for music.
2024-12-09 | Mohammed Owais Ansari | Even if you click the cancel button, the next movie/show appears in the 'Continue Watching' list on my Google TV. There's no way to stop or remove those from the list. The workaround I have is uninstall and reinstall the app. This is ridiculous for such a big organization to have such an annoying glitch. The stupidest thing is that the 'Continue Watching' list that appears on the TV doesn't appear on the mobile app.
2024-12-07 | Taha Padrawala | JioCinema - Your Entertainment Hub 🌟🌟🌟🌟 (4/5) JioCinema offers a wide range of movies, TV shows, and live sports, catering to diverse tastes. Its user-friendly interface and free access for Jio users make it a top pick for streaming. However, frequent ads and occasional streaming issues can disrupt the experience. With minor improvements, it could be perfect for all entertainment lovers!
2024-12-06 | Kaustubh Kulkarni | When I started to see any video, after some time it started loading. And it continue loading until I restart the application and start the same video. Again it start loading after certain amount of time... its irritating and frustrating. I am not able to continue and finish any video. PLEASE MAKE THIS BUG CLEAR AND EASY FOR US TO CONTINUE WATCH VIDEO.
2024-12-01 | Nikhil Kamra | Brightness scroll doesn't work in full screen. It's extremely sensitive to scroll at exactly where the bar is. And with the displays being 2k/4k and the bar being only 10-20px, it doesn't work. Please either make it bigger or less sensitive/exact to touch. For users facing the issue, try with camera hidden (camera black bar visible) in full screen mode for apps till the developers fix it. Thank you!
2024-11-29 | Sanjit Sarkar | While I enjoy the variety of content available on JioCinema, there's a persistent issue that hampers the viewing experience. Whenever I switch to full screen mode, the brightness automatically increases and I'm unable to adjust it until I exit full screen. This is especially problematic during night-time viewing when the lights are off, as the high brightness strains my eyes and ruins the movie-watching experience. I hope the developers can fix this problem soon to enhance the overall usability
2024-11-28 | Prasang Gadpale | The brightness control in full-screen mode is a total mess. This constant struggle takes away from the viewing experience! The video quality of movies is also very bad. For example the movie Rockstar is just available in 360p. Also, it's very difficult to find content, you are just bombarding the same flop movies everywhere. Please fix these issues. Also, no option to remove the movie from currently watching panel, it just shows all the history. |
