Easily the most annoying app for ordering food. Don't add an option for google pay if you are just going to decline it every time. And don't say it's an issue on my end, because this is the ONLY app that does this. The one and only time I'm ordering from Jimmy John's. Wouldn't have if my friend didn't want it, y'all are overpriced anyway.

It seems like sometimes but not always any customization isn't saved. Just recently I got the beef and cheddar toasted sub but added bacon, after pickup when I sat down to eat there's no bacon on it. Trying to review the order to see if I should go back or if it was my fault, and the history page is lacking details. Ended up having to reorder the same thing and check the price to see whether or not I actually DID add bacon. I wanted to, I remember doing it, but it never applied to my order...

The rewards earned are really disappointing. Jimmy Johns would do better by looking at point based rewards systems like McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendys, Carls Jr, and even Panda Express have which award points based on how much is spent in each transaction and can be used toward items selected by the customer from a list of reward items, not arbitrarily assigning a reward that the customer may or may not even want. I certainly didn't want chips. I'm not big on chips.

At times the app has worked great & makes ordering / reordering easy. At times the app is glitchy & prevents ordering. The borders of the app sometimes extend too far so the options to confirm selections overlap with the navigation buttons of Android. This prevents me from confirming any selections for an order. The same happens at the top of the screen, putting the "Cart" button mixed with the status bar & unselectable. Hopefully an easy fix, or will keep steering me to Door dash 🤷🏻‍♂️

Something broke after the latest android update, any interaction that tries to pull data from the server causes an "unknown error" dialog. Occurs when I attempt to sign in, as well as trying to find/choose a location upon form submission (both manual zip entry and gps location button trigger this error). Usually the app is great.

The app cuts off some of the buttons when in 3 button navigation mode on Android. This was never a problem before, but a recent update seems to have made it so. If you switch to gesture navigation, then it's not a problem, but I do have to change it to that every time I use the JJ app.

There is no way to track orders or options to report when deliveries don't show up, which happens a lot with Jimmy John's. The order "tracker" just starts a 45-minute timer when it sends the "out for delivery" notification then assumes you got it by then, which the last 2 times I tried to get delivery they just never showed up. I have no idea who got my food or if the driver just tossed it in the dumpster and went for a smoke break.

App does NOT reward loyalty. I'm a "founding" member and I have not had a free sub in years. I visit the store at least once a week. Free chips or a cookie are the only rewards now after 10 orders! Used to be per sub, now it's per order. This app will delete your progress toward a "free" item at times, crashes when I try to add new cards. The bugs are plenty.

Flaws/bugs: 1. If you customize a sandwich then upgrade to a combo, it resets the customizations. 2. Setting for Pickup or Drive Through only happens when choosing the location. This can't be changed unless you start the order over. It only displays as "Order for..." on the cart, but not on the Order History or email, so if you forget what you selected, you don't know and can't find out. If you go to the wrong one staff get annoyed. 3. Tracking order doesn't work, because stores don't use those

Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.
