I contacted support to find out what happened and they just replied with a canned response saying I broke a rule in their terms and conditions. They refused multiple times to state which rule. Lucky for me I only had $0.50 in my balance, but I was about to withdraw from a casino. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! |

I have sent them virtually every documents I have in my possession. Even banks don't need the kind of information they have asked me for.
