After the most recent "Update," the clothing jcp suggested was all Big & Tall. Nice options, but wrong sizing. I could no longer find the filter option ss well. | |

I made all my payments on time and pay off my balance every month and today when I came to make a jewelry purchase I find out my credit limit got lowered with no warning. I have never experienced anything like this and don't plan on using them in the future. Those who are planning on getting a credit card here I don't recommend it or you may face the same issue as me later. | |
2024-05-20 | LAKENDRA DIXON | I give this rating because when you have a charge card with them, they like to play with your limit. They will reduce it without warning. Never send you anything to let you know. I plan on canceling them as soon as I pay my very little balance off this month. Plus, they use Synchrony Bank, which is a horrible bank. If you are trying to keep your credit good, don't get a card or account with them. Everyone I know has the same issues with them. They are just not worth it! | |
2023-05-02 | Misfit | It's an easy app to navigate and shop on. I have one gripe, sometimes an item shows as, "available in-store" then it's not. This happens, however, they don't then resort to shipping the item to me instead. When the item isn't available in-store after all, don't cancel item all together! Ship it! I could have a shipment coming already, and they still don't offer. Fix this issue of online shopping and it's definitely a 5⭐ shopping experience. They have all nice things I shop for, me and teen boys! | |

Often crashes, I have to open and close to look for what I need. Being trying to reset password and haven't been able to do it, my account was locked, called customer service, no one helped. Most of my purchases are on line, hope this issues be resolved soon , hope I'm not the only frustrated customer. But despite this bad experience JCPenney is my favorite store, amazing deals! | |

Even after loading pages at dial-up speed, it won't open the correct item that was clicked. I've uninstalled and reinstalled more than once, but the issues persist. I hope the developer fixes the issues ASAP, but until then I'm shopping with another online retailer. | |

The app freezes up more often and it's not as easy as before to browse and select items to view because its always loading/buffering now. That's very frustrating when I'm in the middle of placing an order. I didn't have this problem before. 😕 | |
2021-04-13 | Maw Maw | Oh its fairly easy to find an item and make a purchase. But good luck if you choose ship to store getting notified when its ready for pickup. I had two separate orders that said "in transit" and finally did some digging and low and behold they were sitting there waiting for pickup. And yes all my notifications are turned on, sound, vibration the whole gammit. Doesnt happen all the time, just hit and miss. Good luck! | |

But other wise loved the app and the coupons :) I dislike that you have to put in your location when searching for things as it keeps popping up every time you click on a item. | |

Tonight the site will not let me add any bonus bucks or rewards to my wallet. After close to an hour of being run around in circles I'm done. I don't know why I keep trying this. I really don't. If I want to pay full price then BINGO!! Success! Only I don't want to pay full price when I'm sitting on $40 in rewards!!! |
