2024-08-07 | Charles Ho | My app has been working fine for maybe 7 years. There is a setting for continuous recording under alarm settings. My main problem is rebooting the camera when it goes offline but this happens infrequently. On a POSITIVE note, this camera gives a true color correct image and the ZOOM isn't too bad either. I like my AMICOM camera. | |

The app never wants to load or work, only wants to load when nothing's going on but the second I hear noises outside of the house it won't load for the life of it. It keeps telling me retry retry retry. I've unplugged it I've reloaded it & I've done everything & it still won't work. It used to play back recordings as well & now never does. I have Google fiber, amazing speeds and amazing Wi-Fi connectivity throughout my entire apartment. There is no justification as to why this app will not connect to my network or to the Internet. | |
2023-12-13 | Diamond North Cabin (Carey) | Can NOT get notifications as of an update the end of September! We use this for our rental property and need to get notifications. I have tried everything and nothing works. Removed app from my phone multiple times and tried to re-download, I am always getting messages about it failing to allow storage and that all notifications are blocked! HELP!!!!!!! I need this app to work or I will need to replace all of our cameras and get an entirely new system. This is a safety issue. Please help me! | |

2023-05-14 | Ms. Rose | I'd give this a 5 star, if there weren't issues. The app has an alert feature, that has never worked for us. It took forever to load & once it was loaded, the cameras sometimes had a bunch of lines through them. Around 5/4/23 the app just stopped working all together. It will sit and load for hours on end. Unplugging/ plugging back in the cameras & uninstalling then reinstalling the app doesn't fix the problem. Now we can't even monitor our cameras.. Fix all the issues! | |
2023-05-13 | Fran Mujica | It just stopped working. I couldn't sign in to my account anymore. Reinstalled the app, deleted cache, restarted my phone and nothing. It just doesn't work. I can't even create another account. This app is trash! Now I have 4 non working cameras around my home. Support team won't even take the time to reply to my emails. I don't even know if the email they provided is a good one. It really sucks! | |
2021-08-23 | Amber Emerson | Connection if often lost and you have to unplug the camera to get it to connect again, playback option is never available, it decides to stop recording for no reason at all, all the time. Some settings routinley display "request error." When it works its great, but it hardly ever works and is useless as a security camera!!! So disapointed. | |

However it hardly ever fully loads past 99% hence i cant view whats going on & whenever i get an alert to motion & go to review it; if it loads, theres nothing there other than just the view of the camera, it doesnt take an image of the motion manually so you have no idea what the movement was that actually activated the camera. I do not recommend this app for the cameras & if i had any other option to view, i would! Do NOT recommend! | |
2021-07-11 | Stellar Productions | This app no longer works, for three days now, I haven't been able to view my cameras. I can't sign in, says "no connection network." This app hasn't been updated since April 2020, which is completely ridiculous! It's July 2021 and it's broken. I've rebooted my modem and router, no change, and I really doubt this issue is on my end. I'm sorry I wasted money in buying, and time installing. Not to mention I spent time writing a positive review on Amazon a couple years back. Why has the app been down for so many days? Absolutely no support, not happy! |
