They NEVER respond, they close tickets when the problem is unresolved, they NEVER reimburse you or comp you for their extremely poor service. After you escalate they block your email, when you hit them with email #2 they act ignorant as they are. I have contacted Google to get the app removed and I have contacted the BBB for poor business and ethical practices. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. DONT ASK ME TO EMAIL SUPPORT YOU NEVER ANSWER. |

I'll be in the middle of a battle or just won the battle and for no reason at all the game what's to exit on me for no reason at all. it's really irritating bc when it exits I lose the progress and have to do it all over again. If you guys can fix the problem that would be great bc it'd make the game alot better bc it's not fair and it's pretty annoying when it does it. |
| 2023-11-27 |  | | ai battle are terrible not understand how easy enemies can defeat you power ups and upgrade never increases your armies attacks only health never gives you enough gems to advance your players. , your battle level can be high but the ai system will make you lose, also enemies warlock can place 3 to 4 people on the field in one turn and use power up at any time while your character can only place 1 character at a time and use power at certain turn this game us terrible would recommend not play |

I saw an ad on Instagram showing this nice car and high-quality graphics but when I pressed the link this game came up with car pictures and is very different from the ad. Once you download it, it's a stickman game totally different from its pictures and the ad. Don't waste your time downloading it. |

When ever I was near to achive next level they suggest match making with higher than my level just like my level 16 they suggest me match with me level 13 and 14. It means I can't beat them and I can't achive next level. |

I'm not a paid player, thus I am probably advancing slower than paid players, but I really don't mind. If you want a casual game you can play in your downtime, this game is awesome! If you're trying to get to the top quickly without making purchases, you might be disappointed. Also, customer support is fantastic to deal with. Giving 4 stars due to the price of packs. All-in-all great game! |
