2024-11-28 | Michelle Griffith | App is extremely overpriced and developers did not honor the grandfathered price previously communicated. Many accounts no longer update automatically.
2024-11-19 | John C. | I have been a paid member for many years, and I felt the website has deteriorate so much over the years. Back in the days when I update my accounts, I would only get a handful of error messages. Nowadays, around 1/4 of all my account would show up as error. Doesn't seem like the admins want to put too much effort in this app. And now they are asking to bump the price to $50/year. This has to be a joke. I will unsubscribe after the pay period ends.
2024-09-15 | Nicholas Brown | Fix chase and Barclays login. The website isn't even right for Barclays and you can't even log in to chase
2024-08-11 | Dustin Nicholes | I like the idea of this app, but it struggles in key areas. It is difficult and slow to login to every program. I was unable to login at all to some programs. I can't add Southwest at all. Just frustrating and slow.
2024-08-02 | Ketan Barve | Flying blue and Hilton balance is not updated even after trying multiple times.
2024-06-13 | L D | Nice app and service. I have used AwardWallet for the past few years. I like that it helps me keep track of so many of my points, account numbers, and point/mile expiration in a convenient way. Being able to link and sync with TripIt has added to the feature set by keeping track of travel plans. Overall, I'm satisfied with the utility of this app and would suggest it to anyone that wants to keep their points, miles, account numbers, and travel in an easy way.
2024-06-07 | Michael Sanborn | A useful enough app but feels abandoned. No support for face unlock if you have a Pixel 8 Pro.
2024-05-11 | Dave Flacks | Becoming less useful by the month. Lots of accounts now send a 2fa challenge... AW displays a message in the background saying the acc is asking for one but never pops up the box allowing input of the code, just sits there and times out. Still an issue intermittently after more than a year
2024-05-09 | Adam Newbold | I am very thankful to find a service that helps me keep track of my points and miles all in one place. I can only imagine how hard it was to get it set up and maintain it (with all the different brands having their own rules about account access). Thank you, AW team!
2024-01-13 | Joe Stewart | Weird interface that's not intuitive. The scan card thing doesn't seem to work, it can't even figure it where the card is in the picture. It wants to do to much. All I want is to put in my credit cards and then see where I get the most cash back or points in a store. This just wants to do more and I don't trust it to log into my accounts. (And it doesn't need to for what I want.) Uninstalling. |
