I had made online banking so much easier, I have really enjoyed how the new app is setup.

Not only can I see all my accounts but I can pay my bills, turn my debit and credit card on and off to stop transactions, see my credit score and credit report. I can also do remote check deposits (RCD) with my mobile phone or tablet and make transfers. The app just keeps getting better.

(Update: 12/2023 the app freezes up constantly!! )Ok so I'm not sure why this app refuses to show your credit card transactions. I've had this app for yrs now and multiple updates still nothing . Their answer is just go to the website to see it. Unacceptable!!! External transfers would be nice too. UPDATE: 3/22 the app still hasnt changed. They can change the logo but not the app. Its just lazy.

It tends to stay running when I logout and close. (I have to force stop it.) It does not support messages. It does not support eStatements. It does not support password saving. For these reasons and due to the large number of negative reviews I have uninstalled the app and reverted to using the full online site using Chrome.

It's OK when it works. Lately I haven't been able to use the app at all. Saying "an error has occurred, your disk may be full or you may be experiencing connectivity issues. Please try again" I have tried on cellular and wifi, I have cleared the app cache, deleted and reinstalled, reboot the phone etc. It's a very clunky app, very rigid and 2000's web page like. So simple that it just doesn't work!

For some reason the app is not working anymore. After it opens it won't accept any touch input, so I can't log in, open settings, anything. I may as well be looking at a photo, because tapping my screen has zero effect. This is happening on multiple phones across different versions of Android. So at the moment it is useless. 2023: it works way better now!

Doesn't show the correct balance. When I call they said when you access the website with a computer you get the right account balances, not when you use the mobile app. Are they for real? What is the point of the mobile app, entertainment?

Simple and easy to use, helps make checking my balance and making transfers quick. Slightly annoyed I had to change my password after a year, but it's acceptable.

App hasn't worked for weeks. Is anyone at the bank listening. Reps on phone have no idea why. Their response is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I tell them it been tried and app still doesn't work. Try again tomorrow was their advise. Was told that I would need to go to bank to handle my transactions. Doesn't look like they want my business anymore. Looks like I will need to start looking for a new bank for my business.
